The Champlain Water District (CWD) Retail Department owns four water systems in the Town of Colchester. Colchester Fire District #1, Colchester Fire District #3, Colchester Town Water System, and the Mallets Bay Water Company.  We provide the management, administrative and 24-hour operational services for these systems. The department also manages the South Burlington Water Department and the Village of Jericho.
